Refund & Cancelation Policy

We know you don't want to miss out on the fun but sometimes life happens.  If you need to cancel, here is what you need to know:

  • Cancellations must be received no later than one week (7 days) before the check-in date to receive a refund.  
  • There are no refunds, rainchecks, or date changes within the 7 day period before check-in date.  We are sorry for any inconvenience or irritation this causes. 
  • There are no refunds or cancelations accepted due to inclement weather
  • Single site cancellations will incur a $20.00 cancellation fee. 

Email us at camping@ripvanwinklecampgrounds.com with cancellation in the subject line to let us know what reservation you are cancelling.  Your booking number can be found in the top left of your confirmation.
